I was impressed with your catering service and shall not hesitate to employ you again. The turkey was particularly nice and great to see that there was enough for everyone. (The company we used 2 years ago charged $2 extra per head for turkey instead of pork and fed only the first 30 people!) You had ample meat and managed portions well. It was great to have a choice of 4 side dishes instead of the standard 3…. I heard only positive comments about the delicious food and service….. Our Christmas Break-up date is not yet finalized but as soon as it is decided I will be in touch to book your services again.

Service was first class. The two people that served the food on the night arrived a little early and were very patient and set up as per our request to serve food at 7.30pm. Service with a smile, nothing was too much trouble and the food was very nice. In fact food was pretty much all eaten by 70 people, even though we catered for 80 - Quite a few people went back for seconds as I did because the food was so good.

Everything was of a high standard and I only received positive comments from the guests. It was actually quite a tough crowd as most were doctors. There was also our South African friends and the wife is a gourmet cook. My husband wanted to have the party at the Peninsula Golf Club but I wanted it at home. Thank you to Silva Service for providing a lovely Christmas lunch for 70 of our staff!
Your delicious roast lamb, pork, turkey, and yummy salads were enjoyed by all who attended. Service was great with all 70 of our staff fed two courses in the space of an hour!
Holding a spit roast lunch on site has proved to be a fantastic (and economical!) alternative to attending a restaurant for our Christmas party.
