Starting off as a very small catering business and almost a "one man show", Silva Service Catering has outgrown it's last two premises and is just about ready for the grand opening of it's third... Recently awarded the highest ranking of 5 Stars for our kitchen and food preparation. Our third commercial kitchen has been specially designed and built around our growing needs so that we can provide you with the best catering service in Melbourne.
Owner and manager, Corey de Silva, started the catering business with a hands on approach in every aspect of operations and administration and still does today. It's that personal "family business" touch that makes Silva Service Catering what it is and keeps our customer service at the highest level. Sons Dominic and Nicholas are now regularly involved in our catering service and you could well be served personally by any one of them with your catering service.
